About E-Source

E-Source was co-founded by Harry Starkweather, Chris Barta and Mary Lee Cruz in August 1993.  Harry during that time was the regional sales manager for InterMetro with Chris and Mary Lee as regional territory managers.  Their collective efforts placed the north Texas territory as the national sales leader.  In recognition of this achievement InterMetro offered the “brand” to the new partnership as their first product line and the beginning of what constitutes present day E-Source.

E-Source is now one of the largest food service manufacturer’s agents in the United States, representing 16 leading heavy equipment and 14 smallwares manufacturers.  Based in Dallas with representatives in Houston, San Antonio, Austin and Oklahoma City, E-Source is the leading equipment source for the foodservice industry in Texas and Oklahoma. E-Source has been formally recognized for its extraordinary customer service and successive years of increased market share by its leading manufacturers.
