Conference Culinary and Education Center

Established in 2005, the CCEC is the perfect place to hold your next event, your next sales meeting, or to test any of our products in a quiet, educational setting.

Conference Center

The Conference Center portion of the CCEC can hold up to 80 people and features a 144 inch projection screen T.V. that can hook up to any laptop for your digital presentation needs.

The seating in the conference center is flexible and can be arranged in a class room style or a more casual round table style.

Test Kitchen

Looking to test that new product or try out that new recipe but can’t sacrifice operation time to do so? Well then the CCEC Test Kitchen is for you!

Features a fully operational kitchen equipped with gas lines, water lines, and a Jackson conveyer dish machine. There are hookups available on both sides of a pass through window.

Plates, silverware, cutlery, and work tables are all here on site for your use. Your own supplies can be brought in as well to achieve maximum authenticity of your kitchen. You can also have your food shipped to E-Source in advance and can be stored in our walk-in cooler/freezer.

The Bar

The Bar in the CCEC features over 20 feet of bar space with the ability to seat about 12 people. There is a 42 inch LCD TV behind the bar that can run in tandem with the projection system.
