An industry veteran, Hugh has over 28 years of experience in the foodservice industry.  He joined E-Source in 2003 as a member of the new E-Source Hospitality division.  Hugh is responsible for smallwares and front-of house products in the Dallas Metroplex.  

During a 14 year period Hugh worked with Watson Foodservice and Shenango China.  He also spent 8 years with Nortex Distributing.  In various roles including sales management Hugh developed an in-depth knowledge of the local market, smallwares and refrigeration equipment.  Known for his wit and his integrity, Hugh has built a tremendous customer following.  He is never too busy to help a customer, return a call and to do so with excellence.

Hugh and his lovely wife Eileen reside in Carrollton.  He attended Texas Tech University and in his spare time you will find Hugh entertaining customers on the golf course.
