Karen started her career in the food service industry in 1993 as an inside sales rep with Watson Foodservice. In 1994 she transferred to US Foodservice as an assistant to the E&S Specialist. In 1995 she moved into a purchasing position with US Foodservice where she stayed until moving to E-Source in 2007.

Karen joined E-Source in May of 2007 as an inside sales/quoting/customer service representative.

Karen lives in Kaufman, Texas. She has one son, Brian who is currently serving in the Army and is stationed in South Korea along with his wife Joelle.
